Lenovo joins our growing list of Global 5000 customers embracing Supplier Experience Management (SXM)

Lenovo joins our growing list of Global 5000 customers

Last week we announced an exciting new partnership with Lenovo, the technology leader best known for its extensive portfolio of information technology products for businesses and consumers.

As well as improving its vendor accuracy, onboarding cycle time and compliance, the partnership will also help Lenovo to enrich the experience it offers to its vendor base.

“Within the uncertain landscape, we’re seeing businesses rely increasingly on their supplier networks to survive and thrive. Our job as a leading Supplier Experience Management (SXM) platform, is to help enterprises remove the friction from their supplier relationships to achieve a single version of truth for all their supplier data,” said our CEO Costas Xyloyiannis.

Our Supplier Experience Management platform enables companies with complex supply chains to create relevant and engaging end-to-end supplier experiences. SXM drives mutual success by enabling enterprises to gain better control of their data and by freeing up suppliers to do their best work. This means that everyone wins, including the end consumer.

Lenovo’s CPO Gerald Gross, commented, “The pandemic has reinforced the need to ensure even closer partnerships with our vendor community, and with this in mind we’re taking additional steps to reduce friction in the working relationships across our vendor base.”

The tech leader is the latest global brand to partner with HICX this year and joins our growing list of Global 5000 customers – including Mondelez, Baker Hughes, Orkla, BAE Systems, and EDF Energy.

HICX was also recently named one of the 100 pioneering digital solutions in procurement by ProcureTech100 and included on the Spend Matters 50 Procurement Providers to Watch list.
