Spend Matters SolutionMap Q4 2018 – SRM and Risk: another strong showing
The latest Spend Matters SolutionMap for Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and Risk has been released and we’re pleased to say that we’re still holding our own against the established big boys in the market – the likes of SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer and Ivalua – which we believe is a testament to the quality of our solution and everything that comes with it.
As you can see from the charts below, we are firmly placed within the value leader quadrant, thanks to a combination of strong scores from analysts and customers (it’s nice to be loved – thanks boys and girls).
However, we’re well aware that it’s all too easy to become complacent, which is something we’re determined to avoid. There’s still room for improvement and we’re always looking for opportunities to improve our offering and the way we support our customers.
