Costas Xyloyiannis

Co-founder and CEO

Costas Xyloyiannis is co-founder and CEO of HICX, the supplier experience management platform for the Global 5000.  Costas founded HICX in 2012 in order to address the challenges of bad supplier data in the enterprise and has worked with companies such as BAE Systems, Novartis, EDF Energy, Mondelez, Baker Hughes and more to deliver world-class supplier management built on rock-solid supplier data. 

Costas holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Imperial College London and is a regular speaker and contributor on the importance of data and the supplier experience as a foundation for digital transformation in business.

Matt Donovan

Senior VP Professional Services

Matt Donovan is Senior Vice President of Professional Services for HICX. He joined in January 2023 and is responsible for leading our team of service delivery professionals and ensuring successful implementations.

Before joining HICX, Matt was a Director for Deloitte, where he led the SAP procurement and supply chain capability. Prior to that, Matt held managing consultant roles at ExceleratedS2P, HCL SAP Practice and Capgemini.

Jacy Basset

VP Solution Assurance and Enablement

is Vice President of Solution Assurance and Enablement for HICX. She joined in October 2018 and is responsible for leading product consulting, training and certification programs, and configuration processes and tools.

Before HICX, Jacy spent 10 years at AutoNation, where she led their digital procurement transformation and oversaw vendor relations for 60,000 suppliers across 13 ERP systems. Jacy played an integral part in over 100 M&A projects, gaining a full appreciation of the complexities of a changing supplier landscape.

Jens Ilschner

VP Product Management

Jens Ilschner is Vice President of Product Management for HICX. He joined in April 2018 and is responsible driving the product strategy and roadmap for various products across the portfolio.

Before this, Jens led the customer success, operations and support function for the company. Prior to HICX, he was Head of Product Management & Business Development China for Simeno, which was acquired by Coupa. Before that, he held various consulting roles in digital procurement.

Barry Hoffmann

VP Customer Success

Barry Hoffmann is Vice President of Customer Success for HICX. He joined in March 2022 and is a strategic leader in technical business operations, with depth in leading global cross-functional tech operations and a focus on optimization through automation.

Before that, he worked for K2 (acquired by Nintex) for 17 years, where he held VP roles that spanned global team development, customer success (leading 120+ staff) and technical support (leading a team of 60+). Barry has nearly two decades of experience in the low-code application development space and leading technology teams in hybrid cloud SAAS and PAAS.

Fraser Crawford

Chief Finance Officer

Fraser Crawford (FCCA) is Chief Financial Officer for HICX. He joined in April 2024 and is responsible for leading the company’s strategic planning, financial operations and administrative functions. Prior to joining HICX, Fraser held CFO roles for Naveo Commerce and Impero Software. He has been in several successful private-equity-backed businesses, including Impero which he helped grow through acquisitions from £6m to £23m in revenue. Fraser is a fellow of the ACCA.

Simon Lennon

Chief Technology Officer

Simon Lennon is Chief Technology Officer for HICX. He joined in January 2022 and is responsible for defining the technological vision and delivering innovation and efficiency.

Prior to joining HICX, Simon held CTO roles, including for ADM Agriculture Ltd where he executed a digital transformation strategy including the design, construction and successful delivery of a mission-critical commodity contract management and execution application. During this time, he also migrated the application landscape into the cloud and delivered a comprehensive business continuity and award-winning DR solution. He was also CTO for OCG Software where he built a highly configurable supplier boarding and management system.
